The Pierce custom home is an exercise in sleek, modern design. We’re proud that this project ended up winning first place in the 2018 Spring Parade of Homes for interior design and finish. Windows are in far from short supply in The Pierce. The front exterior of the home includes six expansive windows as well as a large glass front door. Inside, the kitchen features sharp stainless steel appliances contrasted by deep wooden cabinetry and bright white countertops. Other rooms like the master bath echo this combination of contrasting wood and white for consistency throughout.

This single-level home lends itself to the beauty of peaceful water view living – timeless quality with practicality and function. The kitchen and great room both include nature views which bring to life complementary indoor/outdoor living, a must for the Idaho lifestyle.
