SELECTION PROCESS
Making your interior & exterior selections is EASY when you build with Syringa Construction. There is no need for anxiety because our team of professionals will guide you through every step, in person, and at a time of your convenience.
To that end, Syringa employs the significant talents of Karen Praest (869-0285) at Helena's Interiors Inc . Karen specializes in new construction and, perhaps most importantly, has consistently demonstrated the ability to achieve our client's desired décor through the synergy of colors and materials. Combining her eye for design, with an extensive product knowledge, creates efficiencies that seperates the Syringa Custom Experience from that of any other builder.
Karen specializes in:- Color and material selections for carpet, tile, laminate, vinyl, hardwood, granite and cabinetry.
- Interior and exterior color coordination for all paint, stone, brick, windows, doors and stains.
- Plumbing selections.
A final visit to ALL ABOUT LIGHTS ( 375-7060) @ 11915 W. Executive Drive , Boise 83713 will complete the selection process. All that is required is a copy of your floor plan, and a couple hours of your time to select:
- Chandeliers
- Ceiling fans
- Wall Sconces
- Bathroom light fixtures
- Bedroom & hallway lighting
NOTE: Selection sheets with ($) allowances for every aspect of the home are given to the buyer at the time that the final plans, pricing, and specifications are agreed to. Selections must be finalized between the start of construction and the completion of framing (4 week time frame).
