All questions for Syringa Construction should be submitted via email, to ensure that there is a written record regarding submittal, and conversely a record of answers received. For your protection, any CHANGES agreed to, ADDITIONS made, UPGRADES added, CREDITS received, or AMBIGUITIES clarified, should be documented by YOUR AGENT in writing via an addendum.
